While other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.
Annual Conference Room Share Request on MY AADE NETWORK
Are you looking for a way to reduce your Annual Conference hotel expenses and at the same time meet a new diabetes educator colleague? You can do both by taking advantage of the new “Annual Conference Room Share Request” page on MY AADE NETWORK. All you need to do is post your request and await a reply from another attendee interested in sharing a room!
Attendee Hotel Policy
The AADE18 room block closes on Thursday, August 2, 2018. Any changes/cancellations to your reservations after this deadline will need to be made directly with your hotel.
Expect an acknowledgement from MCI USA emailed within 24 hours once your reservation has been made. This acknowledgement serves as a notification that MCI USA has received your request form and has assigned you a hotel. It is also confirmation of your hotel room/reservation.
Deposit Policy and Payment
A one-night room and tax 15.5% deposit per room is required to secure reservations. You have two options for submitting a deposit.
- Deposit by Credit Card
Reservations can be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of booking. Guaranteeing the reservation with a credit card means the hotel may charge a deposit to your credit card approximately two weeks before your date of arrival.
- Deposit by Check
Reservations cannot be made by paying by check. Only a credit card will guarantee a room reservation.
All cancellations must be made online or forwarded in writing to MCI USA at AADE@WyndhamJade.com up to Thursday, August 2, 2018. After this date, please contact your hotel directly. Please refer to your specific hotel’s policy for cancellation without penalty. No-shows on-site will be considered a cancellation and will be charged a one-night room rate.
Substitutions/Arrival or Departure Changes
Changes to reservations may be made until Thursday, August 2, 2018, without penalty through MCI USA. After this date, changes to your reservation must be made directly through the hotel. Please refer to your specific hotel’s policy for cancellation without penalty and early departure fees.
