AADE Member Full Program

Confirmations are auto generated and sent to the email address listed during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please contact AADE Registration AADE@WyndhamJade.com.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

A full refund of the registration fee less an administrative fee will be granted for all written requests received by Friday, June 29, 2018. Please submit cancellation requests to AADE Meetings Services by email at meetings@aadenet.org or by fax at (312) 601-4856. No refunds or name changes are allowed after Friday, June 29, 2018. Refunds will be granted to FULL PROGRAM registrations ONLY excluding Students. No refunds will be granted for Students, Guests, Single Day, Exhibit Hall & General Session Only, Pre-Conference Courses, or Celebration Tickets. No-shows will not receive a refund. You cannot reinstate after you cancel it. AADE is not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by participants in the event of a program or registration cancellation. Cancelled registrations are non-transferable. All refunds are issued back to the original payment type.

Substitution Policy

Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing to meetings@aadenet.org. Online substitutions will be accepted until Friday, July 27, 2018.

For security reasons, badge swapping is not permitted. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match his/her identification will be evicted from the conference without a refund. In addition, the badge/name will be cancelled.
