AADE Member Full Program
Registration includes all educational program sessions, general sessions, corporate symposia and product theaters. A full program registration also includes access to the exhibit hall, posters, networking events and other activities.

Attendee Registration Policy

Registration Confirmation
Confirmations are auto generated and sent to the email address listed during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please contact AADE Registration email protected.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
A full refund of the registration fee less an administrative fee will be granted for all written requests received by Friday, June 30, 2017. Please submit cancellation requests to AADE Meetings Services by email at email protected or by fax at (312) 601-4856. No refunds or name changes will be allowed after June 30, 2017. A $50 administrative fee is applied to all Single Day cancellations, and a $100 fee is applied for cancellations of all other registrations. No refunds are given for pre-conference courses, Exhibit Hall/General Session only, students, guests, or Celebration tickets. No-shows will not receive a refund. You cannot reinstate after you cancel it. AADE is not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by participants in the event of a program or registration cancellation. Cancelled registrations are non-transferable. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.

Substitution Policy
Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing to email protected. Online substitutions will be accepted until Friday, July 30, 2017.

For security reasons, badge swapping is not permitted. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match his/her identification will be evicted from the conference without a refund. In addition, the badge/name will be cancelled.
